I agree that people should be using the actual name, but I'm pretty sure the Obama administration itself has used Obama Care a few times and is fine with the term. Plus Obama said that he is proud of what he has achieved, so why wouldn't he want his name attached to a success (or at least what they are hoping is a success). Do you think we're putting a little too much thought into this? Oh and go listen to the last few second. Haha he starts talking about guns and communism. I think thats when we really should assume hes on an agenda.

His TV shows were on FOX which means he's likely far right. If his shows had been on MSNBC I'd assume far left. I know my father in law loves the guy which means he's got to be pretty darned conservative.
