Yeah, they're actually pretty cool. In the right frame they'd be considered "high art". Hell, I bet you could frame them and sell it for a pretty-penny.
Thanks. Those are awesome. My favorites, design wise, are The Thing and Punisher, although based on surprise I have to give a nod to Duffman and Dark Wing Duck.
The only one that disappoints me is Wolverine. He was my favorite superhero as a kid, and I don't think that image really captures him, although I can't really say why.

Agree with the Wolverine sentiment. Might be because his claws look more like sewing needles. There's minimalism... and then there's just inaccuracy.
I also don't care for the Deadpool one. The Deadpool mask insignia is far better than twin katanas for representing him.

Yeah I think Wolverine comes off looking like a creature of the night, skinny and elusive. Totally the opposite of his personality, which is more like Clint Eastwood's man with no name character; that is, in your face, unapologetic, and sometimes even down right mean, but never weasely.
