not that I want to be purposely obtuse, but considering it was flowing down a river, didn't it give the finger to a whole lot of other things too? how do we know it was addressed specifically to parliament? Unless the journalist has spoken directly to the artist, how can he know for sure? I will admit to not being a regular observer of Czech Politics, but this whole article and stunt just feel strange to me.
