I have had a recent love affair with kale. Kale is a big commitment because you have to boil the attitude out of it before sauteéing it -- Your whole menu above sounds certain to bring on labour.

I keep the attitude and don't boil it. It's still quite good. I also enjoy kale in my juice. I use kale, apples, whole lemon, beets, romaine, celery, and a little ginger and grapes. So good. Get some Pinot Noir. You have a little over an hour. No excuses!
