Very nice. I'm not sure if you've gone into this elsewhere (if so, a link would be fine), but what's your recording equipment setup like?
Thanks, this was recorded live at Big Sky Recording in Ann Arbor with a brilliant fella named Geoff Michael engineering. Then, I overdub stuff in my home studio using Pro-Tools and basically an Audio Technica 40-40. Most of the stuff you hear me post to Hubski over the years has been recorded solely by me in my home studio using that mic. I have very limited gear and not the best engineering chops. I'm of the somewhat hurried philosophy of "capture sound quickly" and "pay someone qualified" to mix it. -Before kleinbl00 internet slaps me, I do take my time with some basic mic checks and levels before recording but beyond that the heavy lifting will be left to whomever mixes the stuff. You know, guys like kb who get paid the big bucks to make my crappy home recording actually sound like something that could be on the radio.
