very cool stuff, what kind of drumpad is that? i've been thinking about investing in one and it looks pretty good.
Thanks! The pad is Maschine Mikro and is produced by Native Intstruments. It comes with its own digital audio workstation for you to create music and load virtual synths into. It's actually a pretty respectable environment for something that comes packaged. It works seamlessly with the controller. It can of course work with other software packages too. The drum samples I was triggering in that video were coming from a plugin called 'Addictive Drums' by XLN Audio. You can also trigger anything you want from it. It doesn't have to be drums and percussion, I could of played the keyboard parts on it if I wanted. They're a really cool little piece of kit which I'd recommend. There's a version 2 out now and also it has a bigger brother called simply 'Maschine'.
