I guess the answer depends on which stage of my life I was in. Back in college I would have spent a week on the couch/bed and watched movies the entire time. In my mid-late twenties, things weren't too different except that I would have actually attempted to make myself feel better with some things like orange juice etc. -sickness dependent. Now, I don't have time to be sick, so if I really, really am I will go see a physician and I'll take their advice. Otherwise, mk has a secret Chinese remedy for all illnesses, yet somehow he gets sick more than any person I know. Good luck with the bronchitis kittypuppet. I used a bad case of bronchitis as the impetus to quit smoking about 12 years ago. -Some good can come of being sick.
Congrats on quitting smoking. In Armenia, 14-year-olds buy cigarettes openly sold to them at grocery stores so they can show off their maturity to girls. By 30, you can see the toxins in their veins through their drooping, pale skin. For the men in my family, it's a disease they need to get rid of, but don't feel the need to start trying. Cheers.
