Dev team,
Fix my stupidity for me please. I want to post a link and have the text for that link say something else.
like (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001331/)[Todd Haynes]
However I am both stupid, and lazy, and always get the markup backwards. I don't know why, I just do. I'm coming to you to see if you can auto correct this (or maybe throw an error that says "Hey dummy, you did x when you meant to do y")
Good luck!(or maybe throw an error that says "Hey dummy, you did x when you meant to do y")
When you post your comment and see that the link didn't embed in your text, it's us saying, "Hey dummy, you did x when you meant to do y." -The cool thing is that you can edit comments on Hubski, so you should be all good. By the way, I make the same mistake sometimes, or I'll use {this} on accident.
Good point! the politeness of simply letting me see that it wasn't embedded correctly completely flew over my brain. When you post your comment and see that the link didn't embed in your text, it's us saying, "Hey dummy, you did x when you meant to do y." -The cool thing is that you can edit comments on Hubski, so you should be all good.
