The guy should resign. Seriously. If this wasn't a staffer or a prank, he should throw in the towel.

Did you click through to the article? It might be the funniest Onion piece ever. The map of the Abortionplex shows a rock climbing wall and a garden where women can reflect about how great life will be as soon as their baby is aborted. How anyone could take this seriously is a mystery, but a hilarious mystery.

Assuming this is not a prank, there is absolutely no way whoever posted it read past the title. I refuse to believe it.

8,864,902 terminated -the sign reads. I've no idea how someone could think this was real.

Confirmation bias is a hell of a drug.

Fuck, dude, not even my wife updates her own Facebook page. She's got an intern for that.

The congressman probably barely knows what Facebook is. He's probably got a niece who has a friend who wants a future in politics... Imagine Karl Rove at 19.

Yeah, that's probably where the truth lies.

<feels lame for updating own facebook page...>

You probably only have one. She has a personal one (which she never posts on), one for her Doctor business (which her student updates) and he has to deal with two or three professional associations.

That chick gets 600 emails a day. I couldn't stay on top of it.

Lol. Yeah, I have one of those personal 'never post on' ones. It waits for the day I am feeling belligerent enough to delete it.
