Most things yes. Nicotine, no.

Nicotine yes, most things, no.

I'm not sure I want to quit yet, but I'm also young and always find myself addicted to a new buzz. I think I could quit either smoking or dipping cold turkey at a moments notice, but I may be overestimating my own resolve.

If you are young, then it is more likely that you overestimae yourself, but everyone is different. Trying to quit after more than ten years is much different than even a year or two. I cuan stop for a few weeks, maybe even a month, but I'll always go back. Most people don't understand that addiction means the long haul.

Yep, with nicotine there's a big difference between quitting and quitting forever. I've successfully quit upwards of a dozen times... and I'm still smoking.

Yes, this is exactly what I'm getting at. It fits too perfectly in the brain.

Maybe try e-cigarettes?
