You're right, that's the one thing that seems difficult to avoid. You can "ignore" someones posts but if they decide to troll in the comment section, how can Hubski avoid that? I think this is an important thing to think on now rather than later. -Hands off my stadium punks!
There is the "flag" button. But then that will require moderators and would be labor intensive and by the time it was handled, the damage is done.

We have a user's average comment score to work with as well. If a user has a significant number of comments, and a low average score, and a number of flags. They could easily get special attention. A low number of followers would also probably push them up for attention sooner. Whatever helps to remove false positives.
Flags could also be weighted. A flag from a brand new user might mean very little, whereas a flag from a long time user might carry more weight. I will probably also be working on different comment sorting options in time.
