Today's Challenge: Empty
The below photo was taken on the day we bought our home. I love the photo, it was such an amazing day but also such a very sad time. I had just buried our dog, Hemingway in the backyard and as we sat in those chairs, we look out and thought of him. It was a mixed bag of a day, really it was a mixed bag of a year for us. This image evokes all of these things for me:
