I don't think you broke any rule, I think Bleu just wants to see what else you can do, for example, do you do non-geometric digital art?
Ah, understood! When I had sketches to follow, I loved character work. However, due to various reasons or another, I no longer have sketches to work from... so, I rely instead on mathematics to try and fill the gap. (If that makes sense) I do have copies of copies of my previous stuff when sketches were abundant. They're low res due to a fire taking out, well... everything. Even the original sketches are gone and my wife's computer (which had said copies of copies) was the only hardware to survive.
