IMO, reducing class size is probably the most effective way to improve education. My feeling is that the Obama administration has bought into this "exceptional teachers can teach lots of kids" idea because it is convieniently cheaper than the alternative. Of course, another issue is whether or not a teacher should have kids that are sneaking Lolita under their desk and kids that are selling drugs in the same class. Different kids have different needs and abilities. Kids should be able to advance into special programs if they are able.

-This no doubt will require computers and internet access for all kids (which will be expensive) but it is a way for teachers to be able to allocate more time towards the dialogue and one on one that is necessary to foster a true learning environment.
