I hesitated to post this... but it's a decent deal.
Headphones have come up several times before. I'm not a real audiophile, so your opinions and mileage may vary. But when it comes to a professional pair of cans for studio work, field camera work, or just downright enjoying your music - these over the ear, full blown, sweaty ear monsters are delicious to the audio-sensory cortex.
oh - and they're about half off.

The 7506, which is the V6 in prosumer clothing, has been the standard audio-for-video headphone for more than 20 years. They're also really prevalent in recording studios, but not as monopoly-dominant. They are absolutely great headphones for the price. They're also steeply discounted fairly regularly, so if you missed this one, people from the future, keep your eye out. I've seen them as low as $40.
Yeah, sony makes some pretty decent sounding/quality stuff. I would say these headphones are probably better for listening than any studio application, but that's generally what people are looking for and these are definitely a good set if that's the intended goal.
