I find it bullying and pathetic. It's Anonymous saying "hey, only we can be the haxxors! Not you!"
Clearly we're not getting the whole story, but still. It makes me uneasy.
As someone that has had to deal with destructive script kiddies before, I can say that I support what anonymous did. the dotnetfuckers had no more agenda than to cause damage. They were nothing more than vandals. While I do not always (or usually) agree with anonymous, I feel they did the right thing.
