I still eat it for about 3 lunches per week. I love the stuff.

I didn't have any GI issues, however I have heard people saying that the fiber content was a bit high for them.

I like the taste, and feel good after having it for a meal. No crash, no hunger.

This is a compelling argument in favor of this model

Any clue if the shipping times have gone down? Did you put an opinion on the site about the recent soylent composition hubbub? How much does it currently cost?

Despite being the holidays, it only took four days to arrive.

Shipping has been quick. I think they can better handle demand now.

I didn't fuss about the hubbub. It seems it could have been motivated by money. Not worried, anyway.

I'll have to check. I recall is was just under $4 per meal in the quantity I buy, which is seven bags. However, I think my meals are smaller than the standard portion, and I am probably paying closer to $3 per meal.

This is beginning to look rather realistic! If I ever do try soylent it will be thanks to your info, so... thanks.

I've been looking into DIY formulations. I think I've found a good 'bachelor chow' version, and I'm comparing sources of bulk protein and nutrients.
