Yes, of course! But we'll always have poems...

Do you think I should call the poem "Nothing Left but the Screaming" or as it is above?

I prefer the lawyers title, I find it more intriguing. I would not click "nothing left but the screaming" based on the title alone, while reading "On the Other Side of the Lawyers" would catch my interest if the title was all I could see.

Beyond the screaming there is an emptiness, but the emptiness could maybe be something blessed.

I am already blessed...there is no emptiness: like that famous hubski slogan: "Some websites are just people shouting into the void. On Hubski, there is no shouting. And there is no void.”

ok ok, there is screaming, but no void... heck, not even screaming.

Fwiw, I agree with ref regarding the title. I also find it intriguing.

I almost phoned you from the highway today -- but between you and steve and mk -- you need your weekend rest -- I mean your weekend for seasonal shopping, saving the world, building a fab website, childcare, and those other things you do...

I should make the poem more of a country song, then you could put it to music. :-)

I would have loved to have heard from you. Today was a wild ride of fatherly responsibilities though. 1. Violin lesson 2. Took bike in for tune-up and new training wheels. 3. Christmas shopping 4. Park 5. Grocery shopping 6. Neighbors house for bonfire and beers while kids played (this was nice) 5. Put kids to sleep 6. Now. 7. Go downstairs to make next MeetHubski post while having another beer :)

Saving the world is going well though :)

I look forward to reading the finished poem
