Since you're using an iPhone, try out Siri and the voice controls. You might get a lot out of it.
I second this. The more you use siri, the more you understand it's capabilities/limitations -> I was apprehensive towards Siri until I got my 6s... it's quite handy when you learn how to use it. During my day when I take a break for HIIT, hand-eye coordination drills, piano practice, or any form studying, I just yell "hey siri, set a 15 minute timer" and it works every time. Unless I just turned on my phone, then I need to manually unlock it first. Siri is great in a new area: "Hey Siri, find me the closest Starbucks." "Hey Siri," is a function you can enable in your Siri settings.
