There's a way to unlock it. :)
https://hubski.com/404 Just a theory. mk's got me hooked now. I love a good web mystery. (I'm also doing it for the Futura.) Theory 2, because that 404 links to an outside version of Zork, so I feel like it won't affect settings on Hubski: steve might know. Steve? Clue: coffeesp00ns currently uses d20. Clue: the style is around 250 days old. No newer than 226 days. This supports my Steve theory. thenewgreen used to use d20 but no longer does.
the only thing I can think of is that it might have to do with the fact I've donated? I can't see mk locking features behind a certain number of badges.
I'll tell you what I know... mk and I (and a few others I won't name) used to play a lot of D&D when we were young. mk has also developed a role playing game (that is awesome IMHO) Regarding who has or does not have access to d20... I don't know - I thought anyone would have it. I don't think it has anything to do with donations though - I think the style sheet is older than donation functionality. If memory serves correctly... d20 also used to look different, and MAY have been part of Hubski's April Fools contribution to the internet... there was a rather "middle earth" looking style a while ago... I think this might have been it. My memory is rubbish for this kind of thing though. As ar as the 404 page and the other pages for broken links... it's just mk being cool like that.
I believe you're thinking of Illuminated, from April Fool's 2 years ago.If memory serves correctly... d20 also used to look different, and MAY have been part of Hubski's April Fools contribution to the internet... there was a rather "middle earth" looking style a while ago...
