45 minutes after opening, stores around here sell out of flour. Managed to get a 5lb bag of unbleached all-purpose at Trader Joe's; they don't even sell whole wheat flour anymore.
This loaf is 15% whole wheat, for flavor, better crust color, and also because I'm trying to stretch my AP flour.
So far, my favored local cafe/roaster is still open for business and surviving. I bought a couple bags of their coffee and some new espresso cups. Would hate to see them close their doors for good. Plus, the owner's always been good to me. I'd lose a good source of green coffee if his company disappeared.

First post I have seen this morning, and it is lovely. Feels very homey, and warm, and healthy. I love it. I'm drinking Stumptown Hair Bender that I get finely ground from my local bakery (Fresh Flours) and put through my AeroPress coffee maker. Add a little half-and-half and a shot of Baileys, and I'm ready to start work! And I open my email... and there are zero emails. Zero slacks. Zilch. Nada. So I go to Hubski, and am greeted with your warm and lovely post. Thank you!
