2013 is looking surprisingly solid. I don't think I've been looking forward to so many movies in one year. The two biggest omissions in my opinion were Only God Forgives (Nicolas Winding Refn, starring Ryan Gosling) and The Place Between the Pines (Derek Cianfance, also starring Gosling, and Bradley Cooper), both of which I am very excited for. I didn't know the Oldboy remake was coming out this year...I'm tentatively interested. Lots of big names in a very alienating film. This is the End has some pretty funny meta humor going for it.
