Nice work last year. What type of exercise are you planning to do? I find I'm far more likely to accomplish a goal if I'm specific about it. Good luck and happy new year.
Well I play club lacrosse at Binghamton. So I'm going to try to run a mile at least 3 times a week, and use weight training to try and gain at least 5-10 lbs of muscle by the start of the season. Also I think your goal of being a good husband/father is pretty noble of you. I like people that consciously go about doing that.
