I took a break from most social media for a few days. Since I came back, it looks like a lot of trolls from reddit have descended upon the site, and there's been a steep drop in the quality of submissions.
I know this has been mentioned before, and I wasn't sure about it before, but I now think it should now be a priority that the post author be able to moderate comments.
EDIT: I suggested that "In addition, users that the OP has ignored should not be able to post to the OP's threads.", but I missed this announcement: http://hubski.com/pub?id=57798
You've missed the announcement. Users that OP have ignored cannot comment on the OP's threads.
Ah, I didn't notice that for some reason. Thanks for reminding me! I've edited the post appropriately.
hubski is designed to be an echo chamber though. And depending on why you're ignoring people, it can be less about dissenting opinions and more about "This guy is kind of a jerk.", which could have absolutely nothing at all to do with how much or how little you necessarily agree with them.
