Lately I work on these I used to work on this -and would like to resume. Currently work pretty hard on this But the project that is my "forever" is probably the dream to open a restaurant. I want to open a restaurant that focuses heavily on the 5 senses. Taste/smell (obviously), touch -I want it to be a tactile experience beyond just food textures, sight and sound would be integrated through art/music/decor/soundscapes. The idea would be to fully stimulate all of these. -I've thought about it off and on for years. I know it doesn't sound any different than what every restauranteur says they consider when opening a place but it would be different.
Thanks you. Also, temperature controlled micro-climates and food that correlates with said climate.
