Throughout my adult life I have always found silence in meditation. I find meditation to be a perfect way to destress and calm down if I am upset. However, I definitely don't do it enough, and consequently, I don't actively make time for silence as much as I should.

Meditation can take on many forms, what form does it take for you? What do you do to "meditate"? Also, thanks again for your participation!
