I had an idea for a startup that used GPS technology and your smart phone to essentially talk shit to you and to allow your friends to talk shit to you too. I never did anything with it though. I still think it's a good idea. I use "run keeper" to log all my runs, but I would definitely use a shoe that was "smart" if it was a good fitting shoe. I live 12 hours (drive) from my father who also runs and it would be cool if our shoes were talking trash to one another. -Never thought I'd write that sentence. I'd give it a go.
