I remember when I was younger and played Warhammer 40k with my friends, back in middle school, I picked up a codex for the race of the Dark Eldar. To be fair, congress hasn't made it easy for Obama to transfer the detainees to the US for trial or back home after they've been found innocent. But damn, holding prisoners who have been found innocent indefinitely isn't a buck that can easily be passed.
