UPDATE: he did it. Fuuuuuck, this changes everything
You can't get in any trouble for having a discussion with a friend about how it would be cool to have drugs at a party. Because dude, that's all you did. You had a conversation, and then decided not to have a party, and not to try and find or give anyone any drugs. Let them investigate this all they want. You cannot get in trouble for discussing an option which you not only did not follow up on but consciously decided not to execute upon.
The less you give a fuck the better off you'll be in this situation. If you have to face your ex just honestly acknowledge that you have feelings and leave it at that. Just because you have feelings for an ex doesn't mean you need a bunch if drama, It's a natural way to feel. If you have to face the administration over your rave plan admit nothing. If they pressure you tell them these sound like serious allagations and it would be foolish of you discuss anything like this without an attorney. Ask them what it was that you did? Ask them if that will be all, tell then you want your parents there before they make more insane allegations against you.
Look The way I see it there are four scenarios that could occur now: 1. He tells ex you like her, she still likes you, you end up back together (before breaking up later because don't date your ex twice, man) 2. He tells ex you like her, she doesn't like you, you both avoid talking about this because it's awkward, so whatever. 3. He tells ex you like her, you completely disregard anything that happens next because you're going to college in like three months and will be SURROUNDED by 9s and 10s everywhere all the time AND FOUR: He tells ex you like her, you make it a WAY bigger deal than it needs to be, try to explain to her the whole deal, get super awkward, probably stumble over your words, wish you were never born, crawl back into bed and never get out of it because the G-forces of cringe will keep you pined there.
