I'll check it out. I'm still so cynical from the last time I believed in a politician that I'm having a difficult time caring to be honest.
I did. I like him. I just think he has about a snowballs chance in hell of being elected. I know I'm being a downer, but it's true. If the Internet really rallied around him and raised enough money, it's possible. Thing is, it will only steal from the left and then we will end up with a republican in the white house. Given the GOP candidates thus far.... NO THANKS.
True, but there's infrastructure, momentum and even money that is being raised. These things matter. Perhaps momentum the most. People that may have volunteered for HC, donated to her, and voted for her may at that point only vote for her. That's a big difference. He may end up the VP..... Stranger things have happened. Would he compromise himself as such?
Yes, but all of this is true of any primary challenger. Politicians must compete for resources as well as votes; c'est la vie. Having multiple candidates in a primary is beneficial in spite of its costs.True, but there's infrastructure, momentum and even money that is being raised. These things matter. Perhaps momentum the most. People that may have volunteered for HC, donated to her, and voted for her may at that point only vote for her. That's a big difference.
Umm, no it isn't. Ron Paul could start his own tiny country with a gold standard if he could liquefy his unused campaign money. Dude had a blimp. Why the fuck did he get a blimp!? He's not going to win but he can push the other candidates towards his positions if he seems to have an impact, particularly an impact in traditional media where most Americans form their opinions. I could even see Elizabeth Warren entering the race if Bernie seems to have a strong base and I have no problem with that.If the Internet really rallied around him and raised enough money, it's possible.
