Thanks! The elevator didnt open until 8:30 so coming at 7:15 was slightly too early. I'd aim for 8am ;)

Are you traveling in Asia right now too? Maybe that eat with a hubskier chalenge is not so unrealistic after all!

Yeah I've been very slowly bumming around SEA since November. I started in the Kuala Lumpur area, and then came to Chiang Mai at the beginning of February. Heading to Penang on Monday.

Ah seriously, we're so close!! That's so unlucky!

Well if you're looking for a place to stay, I've had a lovely stay at Nonni Guesthouse for very cheap. It's just a couple blocks outside the old (walled) city, right next to a fresh food market, and on Saturday evenings there's a really cool walking market. Also it's not in the main touristy area (on the east side), which is nice.

We're looking to settle down there for about a month but I guess we still need a place before we find something. Thanks for the recommendation, I'll check it out :)
