I did not see one for the last day of February so here is the call out. Everyone who is signed up, how did you do? I got swamped with physical therapy and work so the work stuff I nailed, the personal stuff... eh, sort of.

Fuckin' sux seeing BFX at the top there. Li'l twerp. But hey - - gave blood - attended two yoga classes (before getting sick) - got the rig up and running - started rounding up some songs - started editing the book again - lost a pound or two ...so we'll call it a win, overall.
It really does. I was mad impressed with his achievements in the first month. Especially as I've still only got about 1/3 of his points when including February too. I was going to prompt a menagerie discussion about self-motivation/discipline when I got around to posting. I would've been interested to hear his response. Good job on your goals!Fuckin' sux seeing BFX at the top there.
So behind on the editing for my videos! The first 2 weeks went well but now I'm completely behind :( getting back to it TODAY. I had technical issues and constant moving to blame (and my own lazyness) but we're settling down for a month today and there are no more excuses. Getting back into it full force.
Losing weight, moving around... It's pretty alright.
Well, It was a mixed bag for me. down in the physical health, up in the practicing and academics, as well as room cleanliness. Interesting to see if others are feeling a similar pull as well.
Meditation game is solid. More isn't necessarily better. Working out 3 times in a week isn't hard. For some reason working out 4 days a week is. Yoga however doesn't count as working out, because I can listen to music while I do it, and go slow so I don't really sweat. That, or at least 10 minutes of basic stretching I consider a daily necessity now. Woo progress. I added Track Nutrition as a goal, because that's one thing I know I should do but slack on relentlessly. Professional development wise - Grad school applications are in progress. I need to start thinking about how many letters of recommendation I should as for, and how I should choose between them. I have a few lunchs on the calendar with senior research personnel. I have also taken a more active role in advising other sites in my study on some details, and that's some really good networking. Bought a GRE prep book, along with a practical anatomy and physiology coloring book. I know I'm going to need to learn more about statistics, and trying to figure out where to start. I figure if I devote a few hours a week to 'homework' I can burn off some excess brain-sweat build some practical skills for the future. Still need to take a more active interest in the more fun goals. I'm going to blame February for being gross and unreasonable, with a few highlight moments. On to the next one.
