No problem. Good music tilts the odds when gambling with the shuffle button, right? I liked your podcast (the song fit nicely) and admire your eclectic taste in music. The Errant Charm is certainly a beautiful effort as a whole.

It does, but I must have had 500 different demo versions of songs I have recorded, plus the inevitable pop-candy song. I was joking with bgood79 that it could just have easily been Girls Just Wanna Have Fun by Cindy Lauper. Honestly, the odds (on that iPod) were stacked in the "inappropriate song" direction.

If you have any other music suggestions along the Vetiver lines, let me know. It's been a welcome addition to my music life.

Your iPod story is pretty impressive then. There's no way I would've rolled the dice a second time if I was that stoked, in that setting. I haven't traveled in a while and I'm starting to get the urge, so I appreciated your story. As far as tunes go, Vetiver is tough to match, but I would enjoy trying. I'll give it a think. With all of those demos on your iPod, I'm curious if you record or perform? What style? etc.

also - I have a bunch of demos and goof-ball songs I've recorded for Hubski under the #tng tag if you're ever bored and want to check it out.

Great timing on the question BlueMojo, I actually just posted a song titled Grow Up to Hubski yesterday. I have a band called "the new green" in which I write the songs, play rhythm guitar and sing lead. Here's a Link to our website where we give away our second album for free. As for the "style", we've been described as "orchestrated folk-pop". Not sure about the "folk" part, but I'd gladly take the rest.

Thanks for listening to the podcast, it's really a blast to record those things. The editing is super fun, the incorporation of music and having conversations with friends and other interesting people is great. I plan on branching out and starting to incorporate interviews with people outside of my circle of friends/acquaintances.

Any suggestions on podcast topics is always welcome. You ever hear the music of Discovery? You mentioned that the Vetiver albums was your summer groove, until you introduced me to them, Discovery was mine.
