Buffalo to Alabama and back. I suppose I'd like to fly out to the west coast (of America) to do some sightseeing, though I'd like to save some for a proper Americana road trip. Besides that, a jaunt to Europe would be nice, specifically the Alps.
An americana road trip is something I am glad I have done. I grew up in Michigan and went to the University of Montana. When I first went out there I was with a friend and we drove his VW Bus across the country for 2 weeks prior to arriving in Missoula. I think in order to call it a proper Americana road trip it would have to of been longer than 2 weeks but still, it was quite an experience. I was 19 years old, had next to no money and still managed to have a blast. I've also taken some great Amtrak trips from Whitefish MT to Ann Arbor MI and they've been a fantastic way to meet people from all over and catch a fleeting glimpse of the US. Good luck with your future road trip, be sure to put Glacier National Park on your list of places to visit.
