That was pretty much the reason I submitted it in the first place. :P I myself do not wholly agree with the position that biological sex is a 100% social construct, but I did find that the points raised in the article gave me an interesting and novel perspective on gender. I've got to be honest though, I'm not certain what you mean by: I should probably state as full disclosure that I am cis, but I am fairly certain that most transpeople associate the same things with gender as cispeople do. As well, most cispeople and transpeople are not 100% stereotypically masculine or feminine. In my experience, most transpeople are not disgusted by typically cis behaviour (although then again that's just my experience).Okay, I found that link both interesting and disputable.
What I don't really get is, what do transpeople associate with gender?
Woah, I'm surprised to hear that from you of all people. Any particular reason(s)?
A statement we can all agree on. :DBecause war is bad and kitties are good.
If the comments on that page are correct, it seems that I'm the only one who always liked the thimble the most. :/
Bloody hell. Even the MMR-causes-autism people didn't go as far as saying that measles was a brilliant and wonderful thing to have... I hope.
Much as I'd like to take credit (:P), the script and blog were both created by Adam Cadre.
