American support often seem inattentive and apathetic. Americans who work at call centers are usually one step above fast food caliber employees while it sounds like workers really need to compete to get a call center job in India. I do hate when Indian support tries to chat about pop culture or sports while we are waiting for what ever it is that makes us wait, it's awkward and I don't really care about pop culture or any of the sports they make these folks follow. I delt with tech support for a laptop I purchased a few years ago several times. It was a nice laptop and the company had a reputation for good support. I would call after the U.S. techs were off for the day so I could talk to the Indian support. Surprisingly the Indian employees had pretty noticeable accents (probably hard for some Americans to understand), and a less than perfect grasp on English, but they know computers better than just about anyone I have ever met. Was the best support I have ever received, complicated problems were solved that were frustrating and time consuming. Hell yes to the Sager Indian Tech Support division.
