I don't know if I really believe it. It seems like it would be expensive to use human fetuses, why wouldn't they just use something else and call it human stamina extract.

I think it could go either way. Abortion is considered somewhat casually from what I know. I could see someone making the leap to use the discarded fetuses for this purpose if it was lucrative. It's a sick leap to make for sure, but the step to an aborted fetus does not generally carry the same emotional significance as it does in the US.

In the US, I would guess that aborted fetuses are incinerated. Any disposal of a fetus is emotive in US culture.
