Yeah, I agree with you... and now hiss that FUN could completely make a good topic. It's broad enough to where we could get many aspects of what makes something "fun". From an evolutionary standpoint do we know when hominids started to "recreate". -Could turn to theadvancedapes for that. As far as a broad topic goes, that's not a bad one.
I am actually preparing a paper for publication at the moment on the topic of chimpanzee play. Play, as it turns out, is a widespread mammalian activity pattern. Any guesses why? You'll have to wait and find out on a future thenewgreen podcast!
