"The closer you live to a Starbucks, the more rent you will pay". In today's local newspaper they anounced the first Starbucks in my town: http://www.ed.nl/economie/11843153/Starbucks-naar-Eindhoven-... I don't know if I should be happy or worried.
This is very cool. I would love to have an interface that had access to all of these datasets. I'm not actually very surprised with the results, however. Starbucks can always get a loan to open more branches, and the limiting factor probably has to do with training the personnel. I'm sure they have population and income data, and just fill in the gaps.
