Black Egg - Legacy from a Cold World
A. Quitter / N. Hoffman - Nu Grotesque
Dubcon - UFO pon di gullyside; I couldn't find anything streamable, but it is cEvin Key and Ryan Moore making a UFO-themed dub album.
Revisiting Okkervil River's best album, which ranks among the best of the 2000s. Melancholic to the extreme.
My Foxygen kick continues. T-Dog introduced me to Diane Coffee and so far, it's pretty amazing. scrimetime had me pick up Deer Tick and I think it may be a "grow on you albumr" because I don't immediately love it. -His voice is a tough one for me but I'm going to keep at it because I trust scrimetime's judgement.
-His voice is a tough one for me- Whhaaattt!!!?? I love it. You might want to stop there then.......Speaking of voices, that Foxygen album sounded like a 40min alternate take of the Stones' Dear Doctor. Complete with english/grandma vocals.
Eyedea & Slug - We Really Freestyle - Full Album:
Eyedea is awesome. I'm from Saint Paul, he went to Highland Park for high school and so did a couple of my best friends. Dude was a legend. He had a lot of pain to rap about, and it eventually took his life. Was at a few parties with him back in the day since we were the same age and my friends all graduated with him. Love his stuff though, and love anything Slug. Rhyme Sayers are the hometown heroes around here. Slug is easily my favorite MC. Awesome freestyle of them. Here's another Eyedea and Slug colab - Stick Up
Just general bullshitting mostly. I saw him once shortly after his HBO Blaze Battle that he won. Said it was awesome and totally dug his performance, he said "Nah, I'm not that good, those other guys were just that bad." He was a pretty modest and down to Earth guy, and was quick to change the subject and ask who you were and what you did and where you lived and stuff. I got the feeling he really didn't like talking about himself or his fame.
JMSN - Love & Pain If you're into The Weeknd, Frank Ocean, check this guy out. Similar style, but much better in my opinion.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiOd7kUbeEM Blue Chips 2 Action Bronson is a rapper from Queens, started rapping in restaurant kitchens. This is his 2nd mixtape with the producer Party Supplies, and in my opinion is some of the most original rap being put out. Edit* Also these guys http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cIVIKdqxXp8 For The Foxes, literally came on Pandora just now and I'm really digging it.
Stelios Kazantzidis - Efuge-efuge Heard it on The Wire the other day and can't get out of my head since.

Bourbonese Qualk is a lesser-known noisey, experimental group that got caught up in the Industrial moniker, however, they are a lot more varied than most groups during that era. Their entire discog is available here.
Pat Metheny - Come and See This whole album is incredible.
Been going back through Isosine's mashups, I consider this one to be the best - The xx, Kanye West, Pendulum, Metric, Eminem - Intro Also Feed Me's new album is great for some new electro house stuff
